There is absolutely zero organization or communication among the staff. When you check in there is…read morezero mention of any amenities, no one asked if we needed a walker, nobody told us where to go to check in for skates, nobody told us about the bounce house; ZERO communication. Slapped a bracelet on our hands and yelled NEXT! Spoke to Will after finding out from another patron that you have to go request a walker, Will is entirely incompetent, rude, and apathetic to guests. I asked for a walker, he told me to go to the next line. I get to the next line, wait for my turn, and they said they have no walkers. ZERO communication. Nobody knows what's going on. I voiced my frustration with the complete lack of communication, and the employee named Will literally said, "sorry, not my problem. Maybe you'll get lucky and someone will turn in their walker early." So a few minutes later I checked back in the first line that I was originally told to go to for a walker; there was one left. Was told by the young guy there (didn't get his name) to go to the second line to pay.... I wait my turn, get to the front of the line, Walker was gone. Repeat 2 more times. Finally I talked to Alicia, who unbelievably enough was a manager. Told her about the 20 minute runaround I experienced with her employees. She smirked and said, sorry there's nothing I can do. I said are you the manager? She said yes I'm one of the managers. I said well you can train your employees better to start. She smirked again and said, "I have no power here, sorry." I said, you just said you're a manager? She said I am one of them. I said, what is your name? She laughed and said, "Alicia. And you can write whatever you want about me; I do not care. This isn't even my main job." I said I would like a refund, we are leaving. She said do you have your receipt? I said, my husband threw it away. She shrugged and said, "sorry. Nothing I can do if you don't have your receipt." And sat there smirking at me. UNBELIEVABLY HORRID customer service!!! Will needs to be trained, and Alicia needs to be fired.

That being said, it was a fantastic experience. Forrest was very professional and we both felt very safe. The place we climbed was super cool and beautiful, and I have no trouble recommending this company for anyone beginner to expert (another guide was with a much lire experienced group above us, literally).

It included 5 minutes for car smash and 5 minutes for 2 pieces of glass smash. They give you face gear and gloves for protection. Recommend you wear long sleeves as glass will be flying! They give you a Bluetooth speaker so you can put a playlist on while you "smash." The lady also said I could record the session on my phone. It was super fun, lots of laughs, but boy does it wear you out. It is a work out swinging sledgehammers and bats!!

Our Mother is 95 and still recovering from COVID when the hospital suggested she go to rehab…read morefollowing discharge. We determined early on that we needed to stay with her each day for various reasons including very little attention or care from staff. Her Therapy lasted about 1/2 hour most days as she could not leave the room due to Covid restrictions. The PT and OT staff were good, but only one or the other came each day where we were told she would see both. So in a 24 hour period, she had only 30-45 minutes of Therapy. We were told a recliner would be provided to keep her feet elevated but that never materialized. Her feet began to swell for the first time in more than a year. Her room had two straight back chairs that were not especially comfortable and we brought a stool from home to try to elevate her feet. We did notice that most of the other patients were left in their beds. Upon arrival our Mother was very weak. She a history of dizziness when waking, but night staff expected her to go to the bathroom even after PT and nursing assured us she would have assistance. She had a bedside potty for only one night. An assistant came and watched her go to the bathroom then disappeared while she was using the commode. Staff only came to her room when called for assistance, to bring medicine, or food. Some staff were caring and helpful, but they were in the minority. She was not bathed by staff, small or medium pull ups were not available (we had to go get some for her), and her room was not cleaned during her two week stay. Her trash cans were emptied most days. We were told (by an RN) that we could not use the common are due to HIPPA. I am aware of HIPPA rules and know it is THEIR responsibility not to discuss patients in hearing of other people. However, we were stuck in the small room all day unless going outside the building to walk. The day before discharge a different RN told us there was no such rule and we were welcome to use the common area. Due to difficulty in communication, we spent one morning going 'up the ladder' until we finally got someone to respond to us and discuss her care and potential discharge. (This was after leaving messages for three days asking for a call back.) We would not elect to go back to the Cottages for post-acute care.

I could spend days there and still come nowhere close to climbing everything within my rating. The routes and holds were varied and there were options for all levels of climbers. I'm a regular at a different gym, so this was a real treat. There is a super cool seating area on the second floor where you can watch people climb without straining your neck. For what it is, the prices are very reasonable, and they offer discounts for military, emergency responders, educators, and students. I found the staff to be helpful and professional. This would be a great place for a fun one-day experience with friends, a date, or for regular climbers looking to push themselves further. There are walls as tall as 80 feet!!
