I wanted to go here with the family on a Saturday (last week of the year) and this place was closed. Sad I wanted to try some empanadas.

A great spot to get a bite with a menu offering an assortment of baked empanadas about the size of a small hand. Thought the 3.80€ price per empanada sur place was a little high at first, but pleased at the quality of what we were served. This place is wonderful! The atmosphere, though crowded, is jovial and authentic. The fare, simple and delicious. The empanadas are cheap and yummy, with many choices of fillings. The criolla (meat) was piping hot and went perfectly with the slightly spicy herb sauce they give you. They also do French-ified empanadas like Roquefort, spinach, and four cheese, all equally scrumptious. Plus an emapanada is only 3.50! read more

El 10 de agosto estuve en el restaurante Caminito, compré dos empanadillas y una botella de agua para llevar. El coste era 8,60 euros, pague con tarjeta de crédito y me cobraron 86,60 euros. Llevo más de un mes intentando contactar con el Caminito a través del teléfono, su web, las reservas y por facebook y no he recibido ninguna contestación. Pienso que lo que parecía un error, pudo ser intencionado. Espero que me devuelvan mi dinero cuanto antes, mi banco ya se ha puesto en contacto con ellos. read more

Awesome empanadas!! Very inexpensive restaurant with great food- although think about ordering at least two empanadas as they aren't too big. The restaurant is a bit cramped... But they do take outs. Waitstaff could have been friendlier... read more
