I need someone that I knew would look for every possible way to get me a fair return but didn't want to pay more than TurboTax type prices. And honestly being able to talk to a real human being without a hiked price was a huge win. Since then he has provided great customer service and has been a major asset to the Weston & Tuttle family. Every time he has saved me money, got me a return, with little to no questions for me. I provide him with all documentation and he puts his head down and goes to work. THE VERDICT: Cannot be more pleased with the service rendered by Nate and highly recommend using him, not just if you live in the surrounding area but his knowledge of tax law and information expands throughout the entire United States. (and honestly maybe further but that is all the help I have ever needed). Go and get some chedda!

    Still no fix from the bank as my Zelle and Bill Pay have not worked now close to a month. The only…read moreway to get a response from them was I once again had to call them. Amazingly poor customer service. A complaint has been filed with with NCUA, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and with the FTC all naming the CEO as the contact. As they say the "Fish stinks from the head down." Here is my original note below. You figured someone from this bank would have picked up the phone but no one did. Frankly, after a month of this nonsense management should be embarrassed. A simple call back when the bank was first alerted would have alleviated all this. Frankly, I am tired of pursuing Golden One for a fix. "I wrote to this bank's executive personnel and no response. In addition to many other reoccurring problems, for more than a week the "pay bill" and "zelle" functions do not work so I can not pay my bills. The functions simply have disappeared with no explanation or solution. My wife was in the bank and overheard other customers complaining along the same lines. Has the bank software failed? Have they been hacked? In logging in today, in addition to not being able to pay my bills, I got a disclaimer "that certain functions may not be working." Here is my letter to the bank. Still no fix and I have yet to hear from management. This bank does not operate in a vacuum. Tomorrow I will be filing a complaint to the folk who regulate this establishment. There is this thing called accountability. Golden One Headquarter 8945 Cal Center Dr. Sacramento, Ca 95826 Attn: Donna Bland (CEO) I recently received a survey from your company. I excoriated your company and marvel how badly run is your bank. For a customer to write a letter there must be a lot of frustration. I suspect you and your Senior Management team sit in an "ivory tower" and have no idea. Well, I have some outstanding issues with my next letter being to the NCUA. You definitely need to be investigated. Let me give you the outline: * About a week ago my ability to pay bills on line through the bank simply disappeared. I called your customer service and they intoned that it belongs to an unnamed "third party" and someone will call you back. A week later I still do not have the function. I do not recall opening an account with a "third party" as your personnel are apparently trained not to take any responsibility for anything. Does the "buck" stop at your office? * Your machines are constantly down. I remember one particular ATM in the southern part of the County down a month. (I had to reach out to one of your VP's to finally get it fixed.) Many times, machines partially work and in one instance I had a check shredded. Who runs your maintenance and feel free to publish the metrics associated? I bet they are not very good. * I wrote a check that your bank cleared long before the date on the check. I did file a complaint and never heard from anyone. When I initially spoke to your customer service supervisor once again, they took no responsibility and spoke to me in "third person" as if they were an uninterested party. Is this how you train your employees? * When I transfer money from any other institution it usually takes one day. At your place a minimum of three (3) days. Are you floating the money to glean additional interest? * I try avoiding going into your locations. Most of the folk appear to "hate their jobs." Do you have any training in customer service. Are your folk aware they are not representing a mortuary? * I have seen a lot of software problems and a year ago someone did try to hack the bank account. I have no confidence you have safe guards in place. Also, as I recall a software upgrade you performed you were down a long time. Does the responsible I/T person still have a job? As of this writing I still can not pay bills. When I board an airplane and see a "dirty seat tray" I begin to wonder what else might be wrong with the rest of the plane. No different with your place. Also, clearly you have established a culture of "passing the buck." I have seen it at all levels. You are the boss of this establishment and frankly I am embarrassed for you. I will be curious to see if you have the "guts" to pick the phone or at least get my most recent problem fixed. It would be nice to pay my bills. Also, I have other institutions and credit cards I use that I favor over yours. You simply have not earned my trust and the only reason I am in your bank is you are close by my house. Therefore, I never leave more than $10k at any one time in any account or use your credit card. Finally, going to your ATM is an adventure and a bank should never be described in those terms." He not only has experience on the lending side of things but also has worked on the agents side. He is able to relate and find what problems you may have then solve them! My clients and I were in a competitive situation where we needed a lender that would be there when we need him, be able to perform exceptionally well and make sure the offer we wrote get accepted. He became the lender to my clients because 2 big banks that my client had reached out to were not able to respond as quickly as we needed to meet deadlines. Even being put in the right timelines, Matt remained calm and made sure everything got done. His team that helped balance the load by getting everything upfront made it so that when it came to the appraisal and funding, everything happened more smoothly. We were able to close this deal and get our client into a home that other lenders would have said was hard to fund. For any situation wether this is a 1 bed 1 bath starting home up to a luxury home, he will a)find what you need and b) work harder than most lenders to make sure that the terms are tight and deal is SEALED!

    Zero stars if I could!…read more I have been a BofA customer for over 15 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been to several branches in the past and the visit to this location was disappointing. When we went inside the branch, there was no one to checkin or discuss what we needed to do. So we sat at the couches. Sukhbir is the only cashiers window at this branch. But she was chatting up and laughing with a person at the window who perhaps wasn't even a customer. There was another person waiting on the seats just as confused as we were. Then 2 more people came by. An employee came from inside and directly went to the people who came after us. When that person told them that myself and the other individual was there before them. She totally disregarded it as saying "someone will help them" I was like - do you even know what we are here for? & did you even ask us. Meanwhile Sukhbir was still chatting up with the person. Finally that person decided to leave. Meanwhile the person who was there before us got fed up and left too. So it was us who would be attended. But in a total power move Sukhbir and the other employee asked me to wait and attended to another customer saying they were here before me. The overall encounter was terrible and left a bad taste. I will be look at other BOfA branches around & if that doesn't work then sadly will need to change banks.

I mean, find her at the bank and get her service or she will find you and spill knowledge you will be wide eyed for a long time. Love her personality and I must say she needs a raise. I hope BOA is listening( all those responsible for her promotion), DO IT. Promote her and let her train staff.
