We had looked at many "jewelry stores" in Florence, however, Volterrani & Raddi was a legitimate, professional, family-run business, not a tourist trap. We were supposed to return to Florence in 2020. I had hoped to purchase a Florentine Style Engraved Bangle Bracelet that I saw on their website. Unfortunately, the pandemic broke out, and we were forced to cancel our trip. We have now rescheduled for 2022.
