My dog King was so happy that after two weeks of being away at the Kennel, he did not want to return home with me.. King fell in love! When it was time for me to pick up my pups, I got to Lafayette Kennels super late because of delayed flights. It was around 11pm and I was supposed to pick them up at 6. She was thorough with all the food, meds, personality and health issues. The kennels smelled clean and looked it too. Our schedule was unpredictable but she was very flexible with us. She was just as organized when we picked them back up. Our dogs were happy and freshly bathed when we returned for them. We felt it was a good value and gave us piece of mind. And if it was a scab, why was there a ton of dry blood less than an hour later? And my dog wears a harness, not a collar, and only outside. So I would've felt it before. Just take responsibility and stop making excuses. Not coming back here. They were friendly enough and the cut was fine, but they failed to mentioned that they cut my dog in two different areas on his neck. When I called to find out what happened, the groomer said that he'd had a wart and it was cut. Well A) no he didn't. I think I'd know if he had since I pet him every day. And B) even if he did, they still should've told me that they cut him.
