I arrived with a service dog wearing the required jacket that clearly says "Service Dog." The man behind the register came out from behind the register yelling "no dogs." I yelled back that it is a service dog. He kept yelling "No Dogs." I told him to read the law and kept walking as the female employee who was standing there just glared at me. He did not ask for my card that I carry that shows that my dog is a registered service dog. I bought my two items and paid as the female just kept glaring at me, never saying a word as I paid and then left the store. This really is basically a store that sells beer.

I came upon Bell Liquors on the internet and spoke with Brenda. She was able to help me with the purchase and delivery and it seemed like I was the most important customer in the store (on the phone). There is always a sense of anxiety about ordering something 500 miles away and getting exactly what you want. Brenda was highly efficient and personable. She texted me my receipt in just a few minutes and let me know when the wine was delivered. I could not ask for better service. I have a lot of friends in that area of New Jersey and I will highly recommend Bell Liquors to them.

The staff at check out who may be the owner is really nice and moves people a long quickly as this seems to be the premier liquor store in the area. I value efficiency and help which seems to be the case here. The one thing that works against this place is the parking. It's like a free-for-all. There aren't really designated spaces or lines so people just roll up and park all over and sometimes just stop right in front of the store and park almost like drive through. Even when pulling out you have to be careful since people seem to pull in kind of fast. Other than that, it's your friendly, local liquor store.

This is the absolute WORST liquor store. I was in town from Philly and stopped to buy a bottle of…read morewine and some beer. When I went to pay, I showed my PA license, which proves I'm 27 years old, and handed the cashier my debit card. He proceeded to ask me if I had any other ID- all I had was my work ID so I showed him that. He then asked me if I had anything else so I showed him all of my credit cards with my name on them. He then informs me that the owner's policy is to not sell to anyone out of state. If that was true, why didn't he tell me that as soon as he saw my PA license? So I leave the store without purchasing anything. My boyfriend walks in 1 minute later while I wait outside and he buys a case of beer and does not even get carded, so obviously I had to go back in to ask how it's possible he walked out with a case of beer. They replied by saying "that's just our policy." Their policy is to not sell to a woman with a valid license proving she is 27 years old but they'll sell to a guy and not even ask him to provide ID- makes a ton of sense. So the lesson is- DO NOT GO TO THIS LIQUOR STORE!!!
