They will not deliver to your house, but they do wrap up the foliage so its easy for you (or a strong friend) to carry back home. They also have some sales, and should there not be much of a crowd, they might even be open to some bargaining. The trees are very good quality, with fresh and green leaves that give off this lovely smoky aroma that reminds you of the festive season. So go get one before they sell out!

Entrance fee for adults is £4 and children 2-16 is £2 (see my picture for opening times). A really fun few hours out to feed the animals with buckets of food you can also buy at the entrance. Most of the time there are free roaming Lambs to stroke and hand feed right in front of you, plus there's many of animals to hand feed from Llamas, Sheep, Emu, Goats, Alpaca, Cows, Donkeys, Miniature Shire Horses, Pigs, Ducks, Chickens and horses plus small birds and you can also buy fresh plants for your gardens too. so if are ever in the area of Downe (near Biggin Hill) it truly is fantastic, especially for a young child's first animal encounter.

I called first thing Monday…read moremorning and they didn't seem to care and said they could deliver it Tuesday, I emailed them later on Monday to confirm and they (Chris) said and I quote "Hi Yvonne - as i confirmed earlier your order is out for delivery tomorrow to you. - Merry Christmas! - Chris (Elf-in-Chief)" It is now 2pm Tuesday, I have just called and they (Moira) has said they can get it to me Wednesday. They are unreliable, don't use them. I have asked for a refund, lets see how long that takes. I will update that information here honestly. They have absolutely ruined what should be an enjoyable experience. They should be ashamed of themselves. I had to rate 1 star as that is the lowest but they don't even deserve that.

Delivery was made to the wrong address, but that was on me, but this florist went over and above. They partially compensated me back on the original order and found me a florist in seven Oaks to make the delivery for me on a Saturday. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

went to smiths today!!!!!!!!!I had a great experience ,we needed to get some plants for the garden…read moreand we were really sucsessful today.I was really pleased with the experience today.There were thousands of plants in the garden centre,there were a lot in the inside area and an absolute abundance of plants outside.Also all plants were well kept and very watered,actually helped me keep cool in all this heat,they obviously take pride in each and every one of their plants.Also there is so much stock of everything(plants and non-plants).This has really pleased me as I've seen some garden centres which has hardly any plants and they are all neglected.However in this garden centre,they even have Christmas trees in June,but I suppose today(the day I wrote my review)is only 6 months till Christmas Eve!!!!!!!!!But I cannot see why you can't have a Christmas tree in June if you want to.I brought 3 small ones!!!!!!!!!Also I've been to garden centres in Christmas and they haven't had christmas trees.Also they were really well staffed as well,and our cashier was polite and even offered for someone to help us load the car.Also the smiths golf thing right at the back of the garden centre looks great and I'm sure will make a lot of money for the garden centre.Also their drive thru concept to collect soil was good and very well thought out,it's like a McDonald's drive thru but you show you're receipt to staff and then drive on to get the soil.Lovely experience!!!!!!!!

It offers an extremely comprehensive range of products. Staff in the outside area can be hard to find but there are knowledgeable staff available if you need advice as I did when selecting a fruit tree for my garden. The level of customer service is high, I was surprised to discover that if you buy a heavy bag of fertiliser or compost it will be taken to your car on an electric carrier! So all in all a recommended place to go for garden supplies and products.
