My child really enjoys going there and is excited in the mornings walking in. As a parent I can say one of the things that is always cautious is that you never know a 100% what is going on with your child so a lot of trust is involved but from what I have seen and the reactions I get from my child they have a very fun hands on program with the kids and you couldn't really ask much more. I will probably re-review in the coming years when my child enters the older classrooms to see how the development is handled. As of now though it is pretty good.

With another baby on the way, it would have been a disservice to his early education if I kept him home while caring for a newborn. Friends and family just can't believe how smart he's become, which is a real testament to the excellent facility, curriculum, and teachers. She didn't want to come alone at night so I would accompany her to her classes. My cousin went here from 99-2001 and many other family members. So I suppose we have a long standing relationship with this school and it is a great University with two campuses or more in NJ. I can't speak for thier athletics department because Rutgers football program gets beat by everyone and I've only gone to one female basketball game. But the education is one of the best in the state. This campus sits on the waterfront in Camden NJ, one of the roughest parts of south jersey, but they do an excellent job of keeping the campus clean and safe for students. I've never known any of my 7 family members that graduated from Rutgers to ever have issues.

My geeky sensibilites are delighted just thinking of KWH! ...but I'll muster up all the restraint I have and try to review them instead of talking about hypermedia. The kids that work at KWH are all incredibly friendly and dorky in the most charming way (they're literate and they like to have dance parties after readings are over), they book some amazing authors to read, and the community discussions that ensue after the readings fill my heart with warm Quakery goodness. This place is a godsend to the community - everyone should go! You don't have to go to Penn to attend their events. I went to Bryn Mawr, and everyone at KWH was completely welcoming to me. I felt warmly encouraged to return.

I am so sorry you feel like that Margaret. You came to Carousel begging to bring your son here…read moreafter telling me you have tried other preschools. I told you we will try him in our program and will work with you to see if he fit into our program with all of YOUR already concerns. I also said it is NOT my job to tell a parent and diagnosis any child with Autism. You had ask me several times in the few weeks he was here if I thought he was Autistic. I said he has some tendencies. We met many times to discuss all of your concerns that you had with your son. Miss Renee has many many years of experience in this field and myself. I take pride in what we both do to provide excellent care and proper education skills for all the children going through Carousel to succeed in their future education. Berlin Boro and many other school districts tell our parents going into kindergarten that the children coming from Carousel Academy are the most prepared kids coming from any other preschool and excel in their first year of big school. We worked through your child's day by day experiences. We gave your child a one on one aide, me being one of them at times. You thanked me up and down for keeping him here and working with your son. We tried our best and felt he needed to have more one on one assistance and maybe look into getting him evaluated with your school district. I Never and will Never tell any parent their child has Autism. It is not my job! I wished you and your son support by giving you necessary contacts and also said we are here if you need any other support contacts. We have his cousin here and he has been very successful in our program. There is a place for EVERY child, you just have to find the right fit.
