The maintenance team is efficient and dependable, while the office staff is always polite, professional, and ready to assist. The neighborhood has a warm, community feel people are friendly, supportive, and many families have children attending the same nearby schools. We're genuinely happy here and would confidently recommend Williamsburg in Mishawaka to anyone searching for a peaceful and well-managed place to call home.

Terrible maintenance, terrible service. I could write a…read morebook about how many things are wrong with this place. I will say this one major thing that has bothered me most. This last fall/winter I had no heat and they could not fix it. If that isn't enough for you to cross this place off your list then enjoy hibernation.

And if they do they just paint over the problem. Ceilings collapse because they kept ignoring the problem. They kept quiet about problems for me founding out like a hole in a hidden place and when it rains it leaks badly. Mold is everywhere and nothing fixed. Drippings happens. Shower and sink knobs are gonna come off.

I've called the office twice and attempted to escalate it to the property manager and no one has came to my apartment to fix my disposal or replace my dishwasher. At a certain point you really start to question your own sanity, but then you just have to remember that you're working with people who really don't give a ****. They forget that they're serving a customer and providing a service. They forget who is paying money so they can have a job. I want my stuff fixed and I'm tempted to escalate this to the city and possibly put my money in an escrow until this is resolved. I think I might just copy and paste this feedback into a yelp review and try to get a whole bunch of people to share it so they know that this place is a total **** hole managed by people who don't give a ****. Don't move here. So two hours after I posted this they brought the dishwasher and took care of the issue. This was still two weeks after the initial request with no communication about a plan to address the issue. I will adjust how many stars, but this is still only the tip of the iceberg.

The landscaping crew broke my car's rearview mirror, and power washing caused a crack in my windshield that eventually spread and required replacement. Communication is practically nonexistent. Calls and emails go unanswered, with callbacks sometimes taking up to three weeks. When they finally respond, they are often rude, combative, and dismissive. I've also received unfair fines based on false or unverified complaints from neighbors. There seems to be little to no effort to actually investigate before penalizing residents. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone.
