As for the work, he did a great job removing the trees. They were gone in no time and there was barely any residual mess left behind. Needless to say, the work has been done already because I wasn't in the mood anymore for leading this horse to his water. He can make whatever excuses he wants, like it's been raining (which was actually his excuse for not communicating) or he's busy, but at the end of the day this guy clearly has enough on his plate already and can't properly handle new customers. I posted on Yelp for a pre-season cleanup and Herm was quick to respond. We set an appointment, we surveyed the work needed a set a date. Herm responded any time I had a question and arrived on time to do the job. Occasionally I would peek out and see how things were coming along and was surprised at how they were finding corners of my yard that were previously ignored. When the job was done, I was amazed at how my yard now looked, I almost didn't recognize it. The one item that blew me away was that they even took the time to weed my vegetable garden! That wasn't even part of the contract but I was happy that they took the time to weed. I love working my garden, it's the one thing that I always do for my wife, now I can get started on putting in some vegetable plants so we can eat healthy food for the next year.
