I asked my friend who has worked as an HR Manager for many years about them and she told me "they are not very professional". I learned the hard way that this is very true. I had a first interview with the CEO , Brian and his newly hired friend (Mike with NO experience in HR). They were texting and emailing other people throughout my interview. After scheduling and cancelling appointments with me for a second interview three (3) times, we never moved forward. I took the high road and thought to be gracious and polite so after the first interview I sent both Brain and Mike thank you notes for the interview. When I was on my way to meet with him he rescheduled, which happens I wasn't mad, we met the following day. I arrived, people were dressed in sweatpants and the culture was far from professional. I sat down with Brian and he explained how he loved my background, as he was on his phone the entire time. He didn't apologize once for rescheduling and we met for a total of 10 minutes. I had about a 45 minute drive for a 10 minute conversation. He then told me to contact him next week, but "he would be contacting me 100 percent before then." No call, so I gave Brian a call, no answer, gave his secretary a call, no answer. After going back and forth for days trying to call him and text him, he just kept saying he was busy. You can't make 2 minutes for someone? Anyway they kept telling me how they were in need of assistance and someone immediately and how they liked my background but someone wasn't in the office that he would have liked me to meet with. On Wednesday he told me to call him at 2:30, I called him and he said that I should give him 10 minutes and he'll call me back. 4 hours went by, no call. Today I called him and he told me that they liked me but they wouldn't have an answer for 1-2 weeks. So I'm supposed to waste 2 more weeks ( who knows how long it will be). I've wasted a total of a month and the fact that this p.o.s can manipulate and go along saying they look out for the client and candidate is a crock of shit. Stay as far away as possible from this place because even if you are a qualified candidate, they will bring you along for the ride and use you like a piece of meat.

Akash wanted me to send the email with the password to him first, before I created the profile. I logged in using the TCS authentication, changed the password, and then sent the email with the old password to Akash. I never heard from him again.

I arrived early, and the office is located in a business complex. My GPS had me driving around in circles, so I tried to find the location on foot. Bad idea. After walking around for ten minutes, I called the office. The receptionist couldn't give me directions, even though I was on the property! She was rude and very annoyed that I was asking for help. Ridiculous. Somehow, I found it myself. I walked in to a convoluted environment. There were a bunch of desks and tables. The angry receptionist couldn't be bothered to speak with me. I was seated at a small table, and I completed a basic application. Very weird experience. Everyone in the office stopped by the table and looked at me, but nobody introduced themselves or said hello. Unprofessional atmosphere. It's just a bunch of kids yelling back and forth to each other and getting annoyed when the phone rang. I waited a few minutes, and a very young girl named Jordan took me into a conference room. I was interviewed by Jordan and a young Asian man. They were both very puerile and snobby. Standoffish. They genuinely made me feel uncomfortable. They also revised my resume! Their version was chock full of errors. No thank you. They gave a generic interview that took about twenty minutes. They were also not willing to accomodate the salary range that I requested prior to meeting. That's what I call a waste of time. About two weeks after my highly disappointing experience, I received an email from Jordan. She said the company never responded so I should look elsewhere. She demonstrated how nonproactive this staffing agency truly is. She should have recommended other opportunities, or told me she would in the future. Apparently, this "working" relationship is dead. Definitely a bad idea to get involved with these folks. It might just be this branch, but you would be better off flying solo, than trying to have a bunch of disrespectful kids pretending to do their jobs. I wish Yelp had a zero star option ...
