2x 1a calls regarding insane noise above us.

THE LAST PLACE YOU WANT TO STAY IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP AFTER DISNEY ALL DAY! Booked the 3 bedroom suite... To begin with all the parking was directly in front of ALL the rooms so every cars lock/unlock beep is now your problem. The room above us was INSANELY LOUD two nights. I legit thought they had housekeeping cleaning it - sounded like moving furniture and suitcases rolling across the floor from 11p-8a BOTH NIGHTS; and every door squeaks which you hear from everybody in your room and above/below... I called the front desk TWICE the first night and they said they'd send security but nothing changed. We went to the office the next day and asked to be changed. The desk lady was rude and condescending and said they had no available rooms and that there was no complaints from the night before on record (see photo proof). Besides that room was surface clean - meaning floors were vacuumed and tables wiped "good enough". There was black hair all over bathroom floor and we are all blondes. There was what appeared to be dried blood stains in front of the toilet. Rusty dirt floor boards all over and bathroom tile moldy and tub drained slow. Provided only one pack of coffee, no filters, one tiny shampoo for 6 people. If you want housekeeping it was $80. Wouldn't dream of staying there again.

The Boss & The Veggie Sushi roll at Cowfish

My family and I stayed for 3 nights, and there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Unfortunately, was raining the whole time. But I did use the gym and was able to get a decent workout in. The downside was that because of a window that was left open before arriving. We had some issues with mosquitoes, a moth, and some silver fish. But we did also enjoy the surrounding areas, trying some new food places that are not available at home for this michigander.

This is the first and last time I stay in a resort. Their were hidden fees and taxes that weren't explained when booking. Their isn't any enforcement on parking so I had to park around the corner about 3 min from my room each night. The pamphlet said I was responsible for the upkeep of the place. The staff was ghetto. Their wasn't any laundry detergent for the washers. The best was so uncomfortable I tossed and turned every night. The room was a good size. I didn't like that it was next to a hotel and their lights shined through the curtains. I didn't like that I had to go to a different location for the timeshare presentation. I didn't like that check in is 4pm and check out is 10 AM. I didn't like that I had to wash my towels and wash cloths. The place i went to for the presentation looked way better than Calypso Cay. I liked that their were some good restaurants close by and it was close to Disney. I didn't like that it was buried between two other hotels. I enjoyed my stay at a cheap $50 hotel that served me breakfast more than Calypso Cay. The room was clean. I didn't like that their was just my door and the next units door that operated us. I didn't like that i could hear any movement from the unit above me.

Disgusting dishes

We stayed 5 days/4 nights for spring break. The rooms are dated and FILTHY. My 18 month old was barefoot for 10 mins and his feet were covered in black dirt from the carpet (pictured). We asked to have it cleaned, and they lied and said they sent someone to the room, only for our parents to confirm they had not. We had to put all the provided dishes in the dishwasher to teclean and sanitize. The dishes, dining table even the knives had mystery gook all over it. (Pictures of knives) The property isn't well kept. The park had one attendant for zip lining, the jumper and the rock climbing. This was every time we went over, despite the time. All the kids had to wait forever to use. Or they were simply told it closed for now. The playground is closed, rusted, and missing the fence so taped off with caution tape. This may have been a great place years ago, but it is run down, has terrible service, and the park is too poorly ran and maintained for the kids to enjoy. The only decent space was the pool area.

Loved it here!! Wish we had stayed longer!!…read more Bed was comfy, room was clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Much bigger than I expected! I was amazed! But my favorite was the steam shower!! So wonderful!! It feels so good! Everyone we met was super nice! They have a lake for fishing or going out in a canoe/paddle boat, which appeared to be included but I can't be sure, we didn't have time to check it out. A playground for the kiddies. A pool. Shuffleboard and volleyball net. and that's just what I saw!!! We were only here one night! I loved it! Very reasonable!! Met our needs, I would love to stay here again!

The outside looks a little run down (broken and flapping sign, lack of attention to landscaping). The problems we experienced with our unit included: 1. Broken bathtub faucet. 2. Broken air conditioner. 3. Non-working outlets, making it impossible to use a computer in some locations in the unit. 4. No internet when we most needed it (it was down for a day). 5. Roaches (in two different units) You really don't want to be in Florida without air conditioning. When the AC broke, the maintenance man came up right away and diagnosed the problem. He said he could fix it but it had to be off overnight before he could do that. They moved us to a different unit for the night -- they would not consider moving us permanently, so we slept in the other unit and kept our stuff in the original unit and moved back the next day. It was very inconvenient. We saw a very large roach in the first unit just before the AC broke. For that reason I was glad to be going to a different unit. However, we saw another roach (a juvenile) in the second unit as soon as we got there. And they were bold roaches! Clearly, there had to be a serious infestation for us to be seeing them that quickly. Once we got our AC working, the internet went down for a day. At this point, we really didn't want to stay much longer. The bathtub faucet was fixed quickly, but we ended up not using it because of the time it took. The non-working outlets were never addressed. I wouldn't recommend this place.

There are free shuttles to the parks and you also get early entry because they're affiliated with Disney. They offer all kinds of perks like free, hot breakfast buffet, kickback from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM which includes free meal and three alcoholic beverages per person. You can also get a room with a view of the fireworks from Epcot and even Magic Kingdom. Our room was really nice and clean. The beds were comfy, and the pillows weren't bad. Shout out to the cleaning crew for being so honest and not taking something valuable we left out! Also shout outs to front desk Christian and also the guy with the long luxurious hair (lol we can't remember name).

This hotel is perfect if you're going to Disney and don't want to stay at one of the resorts but want some resort perks. The perks I found convenient was the shuttle and being able to go to the parks before it officially opens. For the shuttle they give you a schedule for the parks so you know when you need to get there. And they have complimentary breakfast and have daily kickbacks from 5:30-7:30pm where you get 3 alcoholic beverages, or just unlimited sodas/juice, and random food items you can make a complete dinner out of. Housekeeping was always really nice, they came to our rooms daily and refreshed our towels and such. The pool was nice and clean as well. The employees there were very nice and helpful to direct us as it was our first time there. We did order pizzahut while there and food from the kitchen and bar. Both were pretty decent just the kitchen and bar food was expensive as expected. I will say although I did love the shuttles, I did not use it my second night. I think it's great for getting there and if you're doing half a day coming back in the afternoon is fine. But if you're coming home during closing it could be very hectic. At Disney there's a spot where you wait for your shuttle we and one other family were one of the first ones there and almost didn't get on the shuttle because they let all the ones who came after before us. And the other family was in a wheel chair so I felt they should've gotten on first. I did love that there was no resort fee however there was a parking fee. If you are military I would recommend asking if there's a discount as if you book online there is one. We didn't know that so they gave us a discount with parking. Our rooms were spacious for a family of 5 with two queens and a couch. We requested a playpen and it was brought to our room after check in. It had a sheet and came with a tiny blanket. The bathroom was decent. There were some spots where I felt it showed its age not a cleaning issue. All and all I would probably stay here again. It saved some money for our family as meals and with the shuttle parking for one of the days.

We were in Florida just after Hurricane Emma. We are senior citizens and we were staying at one of the pricey resorts and scheduled to check out Sunday morning at 10 am. As it turned out turned out I had to take my wife to the hospital at 2:00 am that same morning. She had to have emergency surgery and was going to be hospitalized for a week or more. Before her surgery and because I had to check out by 10 am and that was when the surgery was scheduled, I went to the resort and explained the situation. I was told that if I wanted to stay there I would have to pay triple what I originally paid. I said thank you very much and checked out. I found the Budget Inn East less than a mile from the hospital. When I went in, I was informed that they had offered the inn to FEMA. When I explained my predicament the manager said he would be very happy to help me. He gave me an excellent weekly rate and I moved in so to speak. After my wife was released from the hospital she was told she could not travel for another week or so. So I brought her back to the Budget Inn. The manager and his staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond in seeing that my wife was comfortable during our stay. I pray that none of you have to stay for the reasons I did, but I highly recommend this motel. And it is conveniently located.

We love the set up of the villa especially with it being for 4 adults - Me, my hubby, my mom, and dad! We didn't have to be stuck in one hotel room. We had perfect space where we didn't have to be on top of each other. We had a downstairs open living room, dining area, small kitchen, and a bathroom with shower downstairs. The couch even has a bed in it if one needs it. Upstairs is two bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom with bath tub. One bedroom had two double beds and one bedroom has a king sized bed. The beds were very comfy, the sheets and comforter were cozy. Only thing was the pillows were very small. We had a view of the creek which was nice and nature-y! The pool was nice along with two small hot tubs which were not hot. They have a park and big grassy area for our dog to play. We were not able to walk the boardwalk and gazebo which looked really nice. At the end, customer service was weird because the person I called to extend my check out an hour didn't know we existed. He said it was because Booking.com and their system did not communicate. Also, I asked for two towels and they brought us two rolls of toilet paper. I was like What?! At least our receipt matched our quote from Booking.com. All in all, we loved our clean roomy villa and would recommend staying here.
