Shame is I was willing to shop and purchase several adorable items I had spotted online, but that quickly vanished and shared with the other small businesses around, allllll of which warmly greeted us. Shockingly enough, the owner posted a video talking about things they've learned in 10 years and even goes on about the customer experience and how a store "made you feel", yet many reviews reference the standoffish atmosphere dating back 9 years up until now.
