Independent had it in within two days and were honest with what needed done. My kid thought it was serious mechanical issues, but ended up being a hose with a hole. Had them look over the whole engine and they found a few things that needed fixed, but were also realistic and didn't try to add on extra work. Price for work was very fair. Really appreciate their willingness to communicate with us from afar.

First off he looked at the truck and diagnosed without charging me... maybe he saw a very pregnant woman and felt pity or maybe he really just is a great and honest mechanic. (I think it's the latter) It was near the holidays when I went and needed repairs, and the mechanic worked a way of keeping the truck when we would be out of town. We had only one vehicle at the time so had not many options for leaving the truck. We haven't had any more mechanic needs since but would highly recommend this place.

I've asked questions about the cost of their oil change, a sensor that needed to be turned off, a burned out brake light, etc. EVERY SINGLE TIME, I was told to come in and they would "take care of me". And they have! Chris, the service manager is amazing! He works me into the schedule promptly and always treats me with the BEST customer service! Recently, I was told my rear brake light was out. I called Chris, he told me to come in the next morning, which I did and within 10-15 minutes a new brake light was replaced. NO CHARGE. Chris said again, "since you bought the car from us, we're going to take care of you". I've never felt as confident in a car dealership, as I do with Bill Harris. I give them my highest recommendation and when the time comes for another car - they are the first and only dealership I will visit!
