They quoted me $9,500 for removing and replacing the broken tiles. Two of them worked for less than 6 hours, used a single roll of the cheapest peel and stick roofing material you can buy (supposedly put over a "snow shield" which is just a thin sheet of metal from what I can tell). When I asked for an itemized list of labor and materials they told me that they have to pay $77K a year for a special license to work on asbestos tiles and that they really needed the check ASAP for payroll. I looked it up after the fact and there is no license that cost that much! I deeply regret paying them.

Rob quickly found that the motor was bound and offered to get a replacement after trying to fix with 3 in 1 oil. They were not able to find a replacement motor but during their journey to Home Depot the motor was unbound by the 3 in 1 oil. Rob returned the motor to its housing and reinstalled.
