I wanted a pair of converse, couldn't find them, and couldn't really find anyone to ask. But I was on with that. I found a pair that I liked, brought it to the front paid and got out. I could not be compassionate with my situation. $15 later with a 10 minute pleading discussion that I just needed a pair of sandals because I was 45 minutes away from home. In fact, the owner of the store Salvador Aguirre, worked so hard to come to America and was able to get a line directly with Nike, Jordan, Converse, and SAS in the 1950's. They tend to huddle together and gossip instead of helping customers. The cashiers are great, and there's security at the entrance, which is a plus. The shoe selection is vast, with mostly hard to find and unique shoes. The value is fair for these "hard to get" items. Now for the bad part. I'm not sure what i can say about the service that hasn't already been said. They have many workers and security guards on the floor. They will not acknowledge you, not smile, and not ask you if you need assistance. In fact they will even look at you with disgust for being in there space. I'm not sure how this business model works, but I would never spend money in this place no matter how bad I want the unique selection of shoes. Hopefully the service will get better in future.
