I miss coming here as we no longer have a daughter attending UOP. It was one of our routine stops when we drove out to visit her. Products range from Japanese dishes, snacks, rice, tea, sauces, meats, frozen items, and even fresh sashimi and prepared salads. Near the register they usually have fresh mochi available too. i've been going to angel cruz park for years and i love the whole concept. it's awesome seeing all…read morethe lao, thai, cambodian and other food vendors together, and it's been a tradition for like 30 years. but now all i can think about is... why does every other food stand have a portable potty parked right next to it? back in the day vendors would figure it out, hold it, run to a friend's house, or hit a gas station. now it feels like the porta potty is part of the food truck setup. i'm not saying anyone is doing anything wrong, but it's hard to enjoy my food when i'm standing a few feet away from a portable toilet. it just kills the vibe for me. i really wish the park would invest in permanent restrooms, or someone would start a weekend business with a dedicated restroom area away from the food vendors. i'd love to keep supporting everyone because the food is amazing, but the pop-up bathrooms are honestly the reason i stopped going.
