Originally it was because my mom's home owners insurance was with Mercury (Through Arroyo) so I had to contact after she passed and make changes. Because of the great service, about a month ago, I decided to shop around for new auto insurance and knew Debbie would take care of me and she sure did. She helped find a new company and a policy that was almost exact so I switched and saved 1/2 of what I was paying with my old auto insurance company. Very pleased with that and that I have this company and Debbie I trust for future needs and to refer to family and friends.
