he came to give us a bid on a Monday and told us, he have a bid ready by the end of the week... We waited almost two weeks then gave his a call to find out if there was a problem or what the delay was, He again said Sorry.. and he Have it to us by the end of the week, We called 10 days later and He Said SORRY AGAIN ..! and told us he get it to us in two days... waited three days and called again and He Said SORRY AGAIN and said did she send it, WE Said No and confirmed our email and he told he send it right now nd we should have it in a few minutes...!! Needless to say.... four days later and we are still waiting for his bid to do the work..! I would not use this company if they paid me.. I hate a lies and the sad part is, We really liked him and thought he was a nice guy and was looking forward to him doing the work...! I am looking for another contractor, can trust nice guys anymore..! read more

We recently bought a home that had several leaks in the roof caused by poor workmanship per our…read morehome inspection. The owners repaired the leaks. We were informed that our roof was 5 years old and was replaced by H & R General Contractors. New leaks prompted us to reach out to H & R General Contractors who sent out a representative. He looked at the damage and, without actually going on the roof or inspecting the attic, noted on his report that the cause of damage was "undetermined". They will not repair the leaks and, quite frankly, I wouldn't want them to because we were informed that they only guarantee their work for 2 years. That's speaks volumes about the quality of their work. If you need a new roof, my advice is think twice before using this company.

I had my roof, soffit, fascia, trim, and gutters replaced. They had to build out my soffits because it's an old house. Their work is great; but above that, their customer service was outstanding. They're honest and reasonably priced. They're easy to work with and extremely responsive to any questions or issues that arise during the project. I worked with Matt Keltner the most; but both Matt and Austin are fantastic. They're a dynamic duo that work well together and tag team as needed to keep things moving. I enjoyed working with them on this project and it's in large part to Matt and how well he handled everything. I'm now planning a follow-up project for additional work with them in a few months. I'm attaching a couple old, before photos, along with the after photos to show the great work they did. The before and after photos speak for themselves and show what this company can do. If you're looking for a contractor, I recommend you reach out to them and ask for Matt!
