Amazing job !! I really appreciate the work that was done to my vehicle. They got me in and out pretty quickly.

This shop was recommended by my car insurance after being the victim of a hit and run. Caliber's partnership with State Farm made everything very seamless and stress free for me. It was very easy to make an appointment for drop-off with them. Francisco was my advisor. He walked me through what all the steps would be and answered all my questions thoroughly. I received all kinds of text updates and he would also call with updates. The communication was great! My car ended up taking way less time than initially estimated and I had it back in a week. It looks amazing! You cannot tell I was ever in an accident and the repairs come with a warranty. I highly recommend them. read more

Emailed Caliber back the same day they responded to my initial review. It's been two weeks and no response. Even double checked my junk and trash folders to be sure. Their response to reviews are just standard canned responses to make it seem like they're going to make an attempt to resolve your issues. They have no interest in doing so. Shady and unscrupulous business. read more

Your response of missing the mark and contacting your Community manager was all for what if I got no response !?? Responding to your yelp comment but not an email shows how much you'd rather look "good" than do right. An email was sent out with the following " Hello, please elaborate on how this will be made right ? Unfortunately no one even offered to install the parts that were damaged. I have already taken care of it because I did not expect any actual accountability from your shop located on N. 5th street in Las Vegas, NV. I can feel the frustration from your service advisor, as if it was my fault for speaking up on something that clearly was done during the repair process. It's as if I was supposed to be okay with it when the vehicle clearly was not like that prior to arrival but I was told it's an older car look at the other flaws on it, the car is in excellent condition for it being 2019 vehicle please look at the pictures on file for yourself. Honestly it was a very an unpleasant experience, especially that I choose to drive 20 minutes to this shop because of "good reviews". I even wrote a good review that night to giving the benefit of the doubt. Integrity isn't much to ask for when I am personally paying the $500 due to someone else's recklessness. I wasn't looking for perfection, accountability would have been great but unfortunately you can't train common courtesy. Making time to pick up parts after and taking the car to get the parts install was not fair on my end" And No response at all from them at all in either email sent out. Obviously the yelp response was quicker than the email. The unprofessionalism is ridiculous. Get better for the community, please take your car repairs elsewhere trust me you'll have a way better experience. read more

This REVIEW IS HALF INSURANCE/ HALF BODY SHOP .... I DESPISE this company?! How is it still in business? The time of my car accident when I was side swiped , my tire deflated. Fast forward to pay and get my car out the shop, I noticed all this time my car was in their shop they did not replace my tire. When I complained to my agent who was handling my claim asked me to take the car back again , when I went to pick it up the second time ... The repairshop said I needed to pay 20% because of the usage, I never heard such a thing.... that's only what GEICO approved. The F*%#^*+. ONE TIRE almost $1,000 ?? You POS SCUM PARASITIC SLIM DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS!!! Caliber Collision 2 stars for charging OUTRAGEOUS $1000 for ONE F%%^% TIRE!!! ! Like come on! How much $$ are you trying to squeeze out these insurance companies???! Shame on you! NEW BUSINESSES ARE GETTING WORST AND SCAMMIER! Selfish??? $1000 for one tire I NEVER heard of in my F life! I was in a minor car accident that rendered my car undrivable, and it needed to be sent to a collision center. I had to go through my own insurance, as the at-fault driver was uninsured. Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance agency. My car was in their care from about January 28 through February 16. Throughout the service, I was able to keep up with progress through automated texts (an opt-in service), and I called (several times) to get more updates. Francisco P. took great care of my car and was always friendly and transparent over the phone about its status. Everyone I interacted with was always very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My car was returned ultra-clean and looking as good as new. They also have a warranty, so if ever needed, I'll be sure to reach out to them. Overall, they made a not-so-great experience much less stressful, and I would seek their services again if ever needed (for my sake, I hope not). read more

Great place to get your vehicle repaired after a collision. That have a very knowledgeable team to handle your cars needs.

I would like to thank my amazing case manager Vanessa for providing a world class customer experience during my moment of need. Vanessa provided all the resources and tools that me and my family needed in order to settle our case and overall took care of us with a smile. I also want to recognize the receptionist Selena for being so kind over the phone and always finding a way to assist in any way that she could. Because of the great service that I received, I will forever be a Caliber collision customer! Keep up the great work, ladies. read more

Carlos; thank you so much for your amazing and awesome service. Caliber Collision has to be one of the best Auto-Body repairs I have experienced here in the Valley. Communication was on point and made sure we were notified with all repairs being done on the vehicle. They truly made the experience less stressful. When they say they will take care of it, be positive and trust the process that they will. Expectations were met and definitely left with a smile. Keagan was outstanding! He was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire estimation process, and lightning fast. The nature of my special circumstance was speedily addressed and professionally performed. It is a testimony to great companies on whom they hire and employ; Keagan went above and beyond. I will most certainly refer the company, and specifically refer Keagan! I am leary about Yelp because sometimes Yelp will not post extraordinary reviews, so I am posting a picture of the damage Caliber Collision will be repairing on my truck. read more

This is an update review to the post I made on 08/16/2023 with 1 star rating. As I wrote the prior review, the General Manager of the Caliber Collision center located at 5360 Ricky Road, LV NV 89130 contacted me and deeply apologized for the issues that I have had with the customer service and part delays for lack of ordering responsiveness -not supply issues-. Mr. Ben Roseberry -General Manager- of such store, personally updated and monitored the repairs on my parents Toyota minivan. Having worked and managed the Customer Service and Purchasing departments at the largest collision center in northern California, I am very familiar with the ordering, repair, and refinishing times of the damaged that my parents' vehicle had. I can let you know that the very frequent updates from Mr. Roseberry as well as the overall result of my parents vehicle repairs were excellent, where even the welding spots that were made on the sheetmetal that needed replacement or repair, were exactly as those the factory had made on other panels. I would highly, highly recommend this Caliber Collision Vehicle Repair Center and in particular Mr. Ben Roseberry, which has given us, from that first call, an excellent customer service experience that I can feel well, recommending this location and his expertise on this site. Kind regards, Gabriel C. read more

I backed into a pole and cracked my rear light cover. The bulbs still worked fine so I thought I'd just buy the light housing online and install it by watching Youtube videos. Lol...Nope. I had to find a professional. I went to Caliber Collision. They were absolutely great! Hrant was very helpful and made sure the part I bought was the correct part for my vehicle. After letting me know the price for labor, he took my car back so they could get started. It was done in less than 10 minutes! Sal was the professional that installed my light. While he was installing the new part, he recognized it was a modern LED light unlike the previous one. He asked me to come back to see it for myself. Basically when the hazards are on, the left and right rear tail lights would flash two different colors, one orange and one red. I asked if I bought another light for the right side to match would they be willing to install that one too? They said yes no problem. So now I have two new rear tail lights and they look amazing! : ) Thank you so much to the wonderful people at Caliber Collision. read more

This place is a complete joke. They do not help the general public. They work only for the insurance companies. Avoid this place at all costs. A very rude manager as well as a flippant lady who answers the phone. The owners should be ashamed. read more

I have never been in a car accident and recently I was hit and my car was damaged. The whole process you have to go through with a car accident is very stressful and there's so much to be done. When I walked into Caliber Collision I felt bricks lift off my shoulders. The whole staff was so sweet and very attentive. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Keagan assisted with reviewing my car damages and explained everything to me clearly. I currently don't have a rental car and when I mentioned that Keagan offered to take me home instead of me walking in 100 degree weather. I would recommend this company, but especially this location for anyone needing repairs!! You will not be disappointed! read more

EXCELLENT Customer Service! My car was done before the expected date, and the repairs look awesome.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Shame on GEICO for recommending this establishment. Brought in my vehicle for a simple dent on the door. They've had the vehicle since early February, they changed the completion date 2 times and each time I call there is conflicting info. Now they state the completion date will be late March. I've asked numerous times to have my vehicle given back and for them to call me once the "part" they need arrives but they refuse. I've spent more than $800 on rentals by this time. I urge you to stay away from this business. I will make sure my community is aware of these practices and I'll also be on the BBB about this, totally unacceptable. read more

Kevin Hamblin did an exceptional job at keeping me informed while also giving me top-notch service! Unfortunately, my car was brought in do to someone else damaging my vehicle so I was already in a crappy mood for having to go through this process but Caliber definitely did it's thing by taking care of me and my car. This place is not professional they do not have enough employees to finish the job on time I have more than three months waiting for my truck, I know that some insurance companies provide you with a rental car for a month but in this place believe me your car will be More than a month it makes me unprofessional that it lasts so long with a repair it is assumed that it is difficult to have an accident and they make it more difficult a nightmare, before leaving your car in this place please see other options I write this for personal experience read more

From the moment I received a message about setting up an appointment to the time I picked up my SUV when repairs were completed, Caliber (on Pyle Ave.) has had the best customer service and communication. Great customer service!! Explained everything to me didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

DO NOT bring your car here for repair. GEICO recommended this place. We brought my husbands car here. After 10 days of his car being here he got a call from the GIECO rep that they will not repair "due to prior damage". Even though prior damage was not our fault and we did not know about it, we understood the reasons behind it. THEN GEICO proceeds to tell us that they will not put the car back together making it UNDRIVABLE. The car was completely drivable prior and no problems besides cosmetic damage from the accident. So we had to get our car towed to another shop. This whole process caliber didn't call once to inform us, or let us know our car had left the shop. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Update to add: the new shop that the car was towed to because this shop left it undrivable has not found any prior damage that would prevent them from fixing the damage from the accident. Again do not recommend this shop to anyone. They will leave you with more of headache then you started with. read more

I brought my car into Caliber Collision on N 5th street location and I'm totally impressed with them. First off the friendly staff was over the top. Their establishment was impeccable. The gal behind the reception area was sanitizing doors and counters during this crazy covid time which comforted me. They took a look at the scratches on my car that where from a dog misbehaving and offered to buff them out for FREE!! I've never been to their business before so they didn't know me from past experiences. I'M totally SOLD on them. Way to go read more
