Last year I needed a repair from someone who severely scratched the side of my car. The Mamora Caliber Collision gave me a price which was 20%less than the dealer. I had it repaired and was very satisfied. This past summer I had a similar problem and once again your pricing was very good. Right after I picked up the car, I had a problem with my drivers window not operating, I called your office and brought the car in. Once again it was repaired in a day and significantly less than the Lincoln dealer. I never write reviews, but in thinking about the service I received I needed to do it. You may be a good company or franchise, but I have to tell you that the person who always services me which honesty and respect is John Magri. He is knowledgeable, honest and doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but gives you the honest facts. When he said to me, let me order the part, I'll call you and schedule the repair, it was spot on. That's what needs be done in more companies....tell me the honest facts, not what I want to hear. I have recommended three of my friends to your Mamora business and JohnM handled them all with great satisfaction. Keep up the good work! Ron D Ocean City 3 Repairs totally almost $3k read more

Five stars for Sunshine! My car flooded over night in Ocean City and I had it towed to a dealership in Atlantic City. The dealership had my car for seven days and did not even put my name in their system. I called Caliber Collision to see if they would be able to take my car and Sunshine explained that they were incredibly busy, but that they would take my car if they could. Sunshine went so far above and beyond anything I ever could have asked for. When I called today, Sunshine immediately asked for my claim number and said she would contact the dealership to determine what the status of my claim was. She called me back multiple times with updates and remained in contact with me and with the dealership to ensure that I received appropriate service and communication. Working with insurance companies and repair shops can be an immensely frustrating process when filing a claim, but today I felt heard and that made all the difference. Sunshine went out of her way today to help me and I couldn't possibly be more grateful. read more

I was in an auto accident and the rear portion of my car was completely destroyed. Right after the accident my husband dropped the car off at Caliper Collision in Marmora NJ and we left a message on their answering machine since it was late at night. First thing the next morning Caliper contacted my husband that our car would be looked at right away. They worked very well with my insurance company and adjuster. Once the repair was autheorized by insurance, the repair was done quickly and I was given updates along the way. If I called and had any questions- It was no bother to the staff and I was left with confidence the work would be done well. once my car was completed- it was BEAUTIFUL. They cleaned the whole car and it looked good as new. The extra care and customer service from John Magri and his team really made this stressful event A LOT less stressful. I would recommend Caliper Collision 100%. read more

Thanks to John and Sunshine of Caliber Collision in Marmora for all their help and professionalism in coordinating to get my car repaired after an unfortunate accident. This circumstance was not my doing to begin this review. I was sitting still in a line of cars when all of a sudden I was rear ended by someone else. I made contact with the insured insurance company and was told Caliber collision was in their network. I made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at and met with the team at Caliber. I was at ease from that moment on (John Magri was my estimator) took control of explaining to me how this was all going to work out. I was set up with a very short date to pick up a rental provided by the insurance company and had the vehicle repaired and on the road in no time. I can not thank enough times John Magri keeping me in contact with a final finish of completely satisfied results. I highly recommend if you need a body shop to see him. Thank you again for taking great care of me. read more

I was in the Automotive industry in the past and know how competitive it is, and how important customer service is to succeed. Caliber Collision in Marmora understands this. They always kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my car when I brought it in after I was involved in an accident. USAA, my insurance company, had them listed as an approved repair facility as well. My repair was complicated as well because the suspension was also involved. My car looks great. The paint looks beautiful. Most importantly, it drives just as well as it did before I had the accident. John Magri and the entire team at Caliber Collision in Marmora did an outstanding job!. It's such a pleasure to receive fantastic customer service and that was second to none in my opinion. read more

John at Caliber Collision was excellent about keeping me informed about my repair, calling or texting me often to let me know the status of the repair. He also ensured that the car was fixed and ready to go barely a week after it was dropped off, beating the initial repair time estimate by quite a bit. Having my car rear-ended was not a pleasant experience, but John and his team made sure that that got me back on the road again quickly and with a car that was fixed and clean. I would highly recommend them if you ever have the misfortune of needing repairs because they'll quickly get you back on the road and keep you informed throughout the process read more

I bought my car a mitshubishi lancer at a lower cost since the owner that had it before hit a deer in the front minimal damage but the paint on bumper didn't match the rest of car at a close distance . I then had a little mishap on my neighbors driveway and hit my front. I had it redone at caliber collision Marmora the paint now matches car . My car looks better than it ever did ! Brand new mitshubishi parts , and a great paint job to match . Tom the manager there made the whole process pain free ! I definitely will go back to them for any needs on any cars I own . Caliber Collision Marmora is great. I had a vehicle repaired by Caliber Rio Grande about 15 years ago and the service was great. After moving to Upper Township I had two separate auto claims and received the same great service in Marmora that I came to expect from the Rio Grande location. Johnny and GM To. Went above and beyond to get my truck back to looking and running like new. They were also able to help me with the two deductibles as they are running a special right now due to COVID-19 and their support for the community. If you find yourself in need of repair work, I would look no further than Caliber Collission Marmora. read more

I am glad that our insurer recommended Caliber Collision in Marmora. John Magri was our service advisor. He moved the process along quickly, making a problem less stressful, (a neighbor backed into our parked car), and kept in touch to let us know the progress. I was concerned because our car is a European factory pick up color but they matched it wonderfully. I've looked at it in several different lights now and it looks great. As a matter of fact, the next time I have a road trip I might get a rental and let Caliber take care of little scratches, stone chips, etc. from five years of driving. read more
