Last year I needed a repair from someone who severely scratched the side of my car. The Mamora Caliber Collision gave me a price which was 20%less than the dealer. I had it repaired and was very satisfied. This past summer I had a similar problem and once again your pricing was very good. Right after I picked up the car, I had a problem with my drivers window not operating, I called your office and brought the car in. Once again it was repaired in a day and significantly less than the Lincoln dealer. I never write reviews, but in thinking about the service I received I needed to do it. You may be a good company or franchise, but I have to tell you that the person who always services me which honesty and respect is John Magri. He is knowledgeable, honest and doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but gives you the honest facts. Five stars for Sunshine! My car flooded over night in Ocean City and I had it towed to a dealership in Atlantic City. The dealership had my car for seven days and did not even put my name in their system. I called Caliber Collision to see if they would be able to take my car and Sunshine explained that they were incredibly busy, but that they would take my car if they could. Sunshine went so far above and beyond anything I ever could have asked for. When I called today, Sunshine immediately asked for my claim number and said she would contact the dealership to determine what the status of my claim was. She called me back multiple times with updates and remained in contact with me and with the dealership to ensure that I received appropriate service and communication. Working with insurance companies and repair shops can be an immensely frustrating process when filing a claim, but today I felt heard and that made all the difference. I was in an auto accident and the rear portion of my car was completely destroyed. Right after the accident my husband dropped the car off at Caliper Collision in Marmora NJ and we left a message on their answering machine since it was late at night. I made contact with the insured insurance company and was told Caliber collision was in their network. I made an appointment to have the vehicle looked at and met with the team at Caliber. He also ensured that the car was fixed and ready to go barely a week after it was dropped off, beating the initial repair time estimate by quite a bit. I bought my car a mitshubishi lancer at a lower cost since the owner that had it before hit a deer in the front minimal damage but the paint on bumper didn't match the rest of car at a close distance .
