I was quoted over half of what ALL other shops and my insurance quoted the damage. They told me they were going to replace parts that don't need to be replaced at all, as well as they might even have to total my car. My car is currently valued at over 30k with about 6k worth of damages. Totaling my car is an absolute scam, and although they do have good reviews, there are also lots of reviews saying basically the same thing I'm saying here, but thank GOD I got out before working with them or signing anything. What really drove me away though was the fact that the person who did my "estimate" wasn't even a tech, and was extremely inconsiderate and rude. My car is fairly new so of course I was upset about the damage, and was just looking to get an idea of what a repair would look like. The woman kept reiterating "wow, this is a new car" over and over again after I told her multiple times that I was very upset regarding damage to a new car and nicely explaining that "yes, I understand it is a newer car." It felt as though she was belittling me the entire time, and then quoted me almost 20k worth of damage. When I expressed that I felt that was high, she insisted that if I went anywhere else that I would be making a mistake and accused me of trying to "cheap out" on a repair. She kept trying to tell me that I should go with them because they are "Honda certified" but there are plenty of other Honda certified repair shops that didn't quote me near this much or treat me with such inconsideration. Fortunately or unfortunately, I've had cars repaired before and I'm not naive to the process but this was hands down THE most unprofessional experience I've ever had.

Since my insurance covered a rental, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up right from the shop, which made everything so convenient. When I got my car back, it looked brand new -- you would never know it had been damaged. The office staff were warm, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I was completely happy before leaving. They truly deserve 10 out of 10 across the board! One note for anyone planning repairs: depending on the extent of your damage and your insurance company's process, repairs can take around 3-6 weeks. I dropped my car off on September 25 and picked it up Thursday, November 6. Frame damage was very obvious, especially to an expert, in the photos. And still, Mason, who was supposed to see this through, hasn't addressed me. In short, this shop may be sufficient for those referred through insurance or with minor cosmetic repairs, but the treatment I got as an out of pocket paying customer truly sucked, for lack of a better word. In short, the owner, Mason, brushed me off, and his techs will only work on cars they deem worthy. Don't blindly believe the hype on the good reviews. I have an older model vehicle that was badly damaged and couldn't be inspected in person. Despite this, the owner agreed to create an estimate from photos he requested and even said he would begin ordering parts. He was confident his shop could take care of the work. Just a few days later, he became unresponsive, ignoring several emails from me. I finally called, and he was still adamant that the work could be done and to just have the car towed in at "any time that is convenient for you" which happened to be on a Friday. When I called to check that the car had arrived, he was "working on the paperwork." On Monday when I went by to finalize things and sign the paperwork, I found out that, at some point, he'd decided the car was irreparable but failed to reach out to share this information with me. There were ample opportunities along the way to let me know this. By the way, Mason was too busy discussing classic cars with a couple of other customers to be bothered to even acknowledge me at any point in time, even though I was told he was the one in charge of my specific case. After being ignored for a good 20 minutes, another tech explained that there was nothing they could do for the vehicle. I asked how soon I needed to remove it from their yard, the answer was an apathetic "soon," as if I was the nuisance, even though the shop agreed to this. As supposed experts in this field, they should have had an inkling these parts would not be easy to find, first-hand, since they don't use salvaged parts (which I didn't learn until after the fact). Ultimately, I ended up having to tow the car back home on my own dime. To add insult, there's now damage to the back bumper which was fine before it went to their overcrowded lot.

They keep their shop immaculate; it's evident they strive to be a top-notch operation. Andrey and staff were as courteous and professional as could be. They certainly did their part in facilitating the rental car and insurance process. Andrey was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the repair process before, during, and after. I was assured they would do their best to restore my baby back to new off-the-lot condition. I'm no trained judge of auto body work, but honestly, the car indeed looks like new. Hota quote that was exactly in line with the final bill. Arrived right as they opened for service and was greeted immediately, confirmed what was to be done and was directed to the waiting area, where there is ample seating, free coffee or tea and vending machines. Service was completed in 35 minutes, no surprises or upsells, fast and courteous checkout and our car was well taken care of. Really pleased with our experience and treatment. Was worth going a little further out than the dealers closer to uptown who never got back to me,tried to put me through an automated maze of phone prompts and had horrible reviews to boot.

Went in because my catalytic converter was stolen and I had a tailgate recall. Well, they forgot the skid plate, clipped a wire while they were fixing the recall on the tailgate and thought I would not notice. When they confronted the service tech, he admitted that he cut the wire and put some electrical tape around it. It took 2 more visits before they actually got everything fixed. Can't see going back for anything.
