They were able to pull all the dents in my car literally looks brand new. They worked quickly with my insurance to get a claim in so that I could get a check from the insurance company and get started on the work. He had a good idea of how long it would take, and it took slightly longer than anticipated, but it didn't bother me at all, given the result. What was super cool of them was they pulled the dents from the hail damage, and there was also another dent from a previous ding that they pulled while they had the car pulled apart anyway. If I already one has paint or body damage, I'm definitely sending them over to Matt. You can always tell how good a company is at what they do by the pride they take in their work would completed. I think the value for the cost was perfect, granted I was using insurance to cover this one, but would definitely pay for business if I needed it from them

What is unacceptable is that the entire time they had my car I did not receive one phone call or text message (which I agreed to text message updates). It was always me calling the crash champions to track down information. When I asked why this is happening their excuse was "sometimes things fall threw the cracks and we look like idiots." Well, at least they are idiots. Once I received my car back, a part of my car on the side that they fixed flew off! This happened the same day I picked up my car from them and have driven less than 10 miles. They claim they are not at fault and refuse to fix it. Also, their final price was also 5.5 times the initial estimate from the insurance company. I would take my car anywhere else in the world than this company. It's been a miserable experience by dealing with incompetent people, piss poor communication and terrible service.
