I've been a customer here on and off for a while, and the difference since the new management took over is night and day. The shop is noticeably cleaner and better organized it's actually a pleasure to browse now

I wanted try a new vape shop. Man was I wrong. As soon as I walked in weird vibe. I asked to walk in door lthe guy says no. I was like why. Oh we don't open the door after 430 pm. No sign anywhere saying that. So i ordered thru a small window. The guy name was Josh. He was acting like I was bothering him . With my questions. I asked him for a certain coil for my vape. He I swear to God said immediately said no we don't have that. The guy in the back said yes we do. Josh was throwing a fit saying no we don't. I don't see none. Where? Where? Not friendly at all go else where there's other vape shop that are welcoming your business and are actually friendly.

Came here right before closing and still got amazing service. If your not shopping here then do you really vape.?! Ask for Allen , he has amazing customer service and even taught us how to properly us our vape ax he personally tries every product that comes through there doors. I'm so picky and went in expecting to get one similar to my brand and be done with it, I walked out with 3 amazing disposable vapes and couldn't be happier. Check em out! They even have an IG handle !

I've been coming to Cali Clouds for awhile now for their cbd options. I've tried lotion, I tried cream, and now I've tried roll-on. Obviously you could go to a cbd store but for convenience and reasonable prices I'd say come here. Also, the employees (especially the female in the morning) are super pleasant and super helpful when I had questions whenever I needed help. They also have smoking accessories and more, but I'm not too familiar with that part of the store read more

Don't go! You can't go in! If your black - They stop you at the front door! Would not let us past the front door! Walked in and was stopped at the door. I was told that they no longer allow people inside of the store. However there was a Hispanic man inside clearly shopping. While outside in my car writing this review I see the Hispanic man exit the store with a bag of his items.... Racist one star cause I have to... read more

I used to love this place but the new guy RAY sucks. He's not nice and makes me feel like I'm bothering him. I asked him what flavors they have and he seemed so annoyed and talked facing away from me so I can't hear anything over the street traffic. They lock the inside doors after a certain time and the way they have the products, you can't really see from the window. Please bring back the other guys, they were much more helpful and nice. The guy working tonight will lose you business. read more

Stopped by with my boyfriend to pick up a new mod and Rosalie was there to help us out. She was patient with the questions we had and had a fun personality which made her nice and easy to talk to. We ended up purchasing a new mod a couple bang pods and a cbd pod, which she was kind enough to let us try in the store, after purchasing, to make sure that they worked fine. Shop was clean, well organized, and had a good selection of products, and played good music! We'll be back for sure, thanks again for the help Rosalie!! read more

I was around the Commerce area and was looking for a smoke shop for salt nic juices and some other items and ended up finding this super cool tiny shop with a huge welcoming vibe and a nice selection of juices. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful their prices are fare the place is nice and clean with a super cool atmosphere. I drive over 20mls whenever im in need of a smoke shop or all my vape needs and always get the best one can get from a smoke/vape shop. Give them a try trust me this place is a hidden Gem!! Also they do have 2 locations the other one is in DT LA. They also have a punch card for shoppers i think its if you purchase 10 juices 11ths free if im not mistaking. So yeah a very well deserved 5 stars and i hope they keep up the great work so i can keep coming back and spread the word about them to help them prosper and open more locations hopefully one near the SFV. I've been to a lot of different vape shops, but this is my favorite one! The customer service is excellent. They always have a wide variety of different juices and devices to pick from, along with anything else you might need: coils, batteries, chargers, tanks, etc. The owner, Renan, is very knowledgeable and very friendly, and he's usually the person who helps me out. He always has recommendations on different juice I would like, and he lets you try out whatever juice you may want. I walked into this store 3 years ago, with little knowledge about vaping, but I was determined to get off cigarettes. Renan and the other guys helped me figure out what device worked for me, helped me troubleshoot when I was having issues, and always made me feel comfortable. Other shops are not so helpful or friendly, so that's why I keep coming here. read more
