I find this company quite frustrating to deal with. They do not take credit cards, they can be difficult to communicate with, making a reservation with them can be rather time consuming even though I have them driving my mother to one of only three different addresses . . . each time it's as if they're taking the information down (in writing) for the first time. Sadly, I have not found anyone better . . . they all make you wait around for a rather long time on the pick ups at doctor's appointments and each and they all make mistakes on the pick ups once in awhile. Maybe I should start my own company and show the folks how it should be done! :) read more

The guy kept changing the story about how it was $3 per mile and then told us that he would charge us the $40 after asking if we didn't have the $65 but we had to pay right in that moment and he gave me such a weird and creepy look as if he wanted to do something so we got off. I called the phone number once more to complain about the driver and the person on the other end of the phone just brushed me off and didn't care about what I was saying. Wouldn't recommend at all...... guy was in a red car it looked like a Kia soul

Otherwise, his driving was a little scary; we were picked up not super early in the morning (between 9-11am), but he looked like he was struggling and swerved 2-3 times to stay in his lane. The van was also pretty filthy on the inside; there were nut shells on the floor and didn't seemed it was cleaned for several weeks. I would not recommend especially if your family has any food or pet allergies.

Their service would be as expected. I ordered the car for a friend and made sure that had the friend's number to call when the driver arrived. I found a voicemail on my cell phone 45 minutes after the drive was due to pick up my friend. I called the driver who did nothing but make excuses. He didn't bother getting out of the car and knocking on the door of my friend when he got my VM. This is not a service I would ever call again.
