First, he turned at the exit further than the 1st nearer one for Deerfoot Tr south and then flew past the 64 Ave exit ramp. I alerted him to get in at 64 Ave exit, he told me I was too late to tell him so. Next, I have to direct him to McKnight Blvd to get into 4 St NW in order to go north to 64 Ave. The total cost $38.20 when the usual cab fare I paid from YYC to my house is $26 - 29 max! I told him I take cab from airport to house 4 times a year and that's what I usually pay, so how much he wants me to pay him with the extra mileage he took us around. He said $38. I paid him but decided to lodge a complaint! If you have a phone and keyed in the destination address, why are you going the extra miles? If I didn't ask him to turn into McKnight, he would have take us to 32 Ave or 16 Ave?? I have the cab number and the date and time of using this cab.

I am a bit disappointed that there is no way of communicating with the driver - so basically something that could be found needs to get through numerous passengers and stops before it can be possibly recovered. I think this is weird. What if there were other more important or urgent things to communicate to a driver? I'm disappointed. Plus none of the power outlets or wifi worked that they boldly claimed were available for the trip. The driver also seemed confused and there were zero announcements made regarding breaks, stops etc.

I had received the itinerary in my email and there was nothing about a time change. Other passengers started to show up going through the same situation and hadn't received any notification about a time change. Since I had an important conference and had to get to my destination I had to fly and payed triple the amount. Ridiculous company and terrible customer service. The girl at the front kept saying that there was no one she could reach at that time and that she was off for two days and didn't have a clue what to do. Worst than the Greyhound service if that's possible!
