A couple of businesses didn't respond to my web inquiries or responded weeks later. One local company took several weeks to respond to me, but then pressured me to make a hasty decision and give them a large deposit right away, telling me that they were being "booked up pretty fast". One business stood out with a quick, friendly reply (no pressure), providing me with lots of useful information and an easy e-mail quote: The Cedar Guys. Even though this company is based in the Newmarket area -- and while I used to live in the Newmarket / Aurora area, I now live in Burlington -- the helpful information that Matt e-mailed me as well as his timely response made this an easy decision. I was given lots of information about caring for my new hedge, and it has a one-year warranty.
