This restaurant/bar is located in a small alley with a view of a church. Indoor seating is limited and very tight. They also have outdoor seatings but it's very hot during my visit. I was very glad that I was able to grab a table before they got busier. It's very cool that you can see the cook making food in front of you. Price was reasonable with good portion. Must order item is the Frittura mista Maxi ( big fried mix seafood - shrimp, calamari, anchovy, octopus). It's delicious. I also got the Tartaruga Polpo panini ( fried octopus seasoned with oil, salt and lemon) and tonno poke (tuna poke) but they weren't as good as I expected. I do not recommend the Campari soda- it was very bitter. I prefer the Aperol which is much sweeter. Overall, I'd recommend this place for a quick bite/ drink when visiting Monopoli. read more
