As far as the cut I simply asked for a trim and to even out the framing around my face. What I got was way shorter than I asked and chopped to hell. The layers are all throughout my hair and they are not even symmetrical on both sides. It litterrally looks like a toddler cut my hair. I do not recommend this particular hair stylist. I did not get her name as she never told me. Not sure about the other one there. However after my experience I will never go back nor recommend any one their way.
