For the convenience of her coming to you for these services is more than reasonable. It's easy to book an appointment with her online. She will text you so you know when she's on her way, and is very quick to respond to texts if you have any questions. She arrived early both times, and is very efficient with setting up her table and other necessary equipment. She was very loving towards our dogs, giving them little treats and making a point to introduce herself to them to help make them both feel more comfortable with her and her assistant. She did an all-around great job! I highly recommend her to anyone with a furry friend! :) Emily and her staff are COVID sensitive and practice all required precautions.

We LOVE our dog walker Briana and I am constantly getting comments from neighbors on how wonderful she is with my dog. She really loves him and he loves her. My furry boy came to me with lot's of anxiety and it was Robin who suggested I send him to doggy daycare 2x a week for socialization. She made the recommendation based on my dogs needs even though she lost two days of business. I will never forget that gesture and she was right, my furry boy LOVES daycare. For a third time, the LCPS team has demonstrated that they are UNRELIABLE and NEGLIGENT, terrible…read moreattributes for a pet-sitting company. Though not the most egregious example of their NEGLIGENCE, they most recently failed to make a visit, having grabbed the wrong key because they had two clients with the same (common) last name and apparently had no system in place to manage such simple complications. The sitter never attempted to re-visit with the correct key. My pets, including one who has to take medication twice a day for a serious medical issue, were left without food and bathroom breaks, and we had to drive home in the middle of the night to take care of them. Luckily we were only a two-hour car drive away, but had we been a plane ride away, their apparent standard of care would have left our dog 24+ hours without food or a bathroom break and our cat 24+ hours without food or medication. Though not as serious as the impact their negligence had on our pets, we also had to forfeit the remainder of our trip. In the most egregious example of NEGLIGENCE, they failed to give our cat her medicine for multiple days. Toward the end of our trip, the container of medicine ran out, which shouldn't have been a problem because they had instructions on where to find more; however, they never refilled the container and never even attempted to contact or inform me. Ultimately, my cat ended up falling ill for the first time in two years, and it took a painful procedure and three months to get her back to normal. The first issue resulted from a failure to show up for the first meet-and-greet, which should've been a sign from the start. We've had great experiences at other times, which is why we stayed this long, but this is repeated behavior that is completely unacceptable and inexcusable for a pet-sitting business.

I was told there were "some" accidents, but had been cleaned. It was clear this was happening over the course of the week; which was lead to believe the animals were left hours on end, not walked or cared for properly. Upon arrival, the dogs paws were soaked with urine and the legs of our dining room table were chewed. Clearly, all of them were extremely stressed, considering this is NOT at all their typical behavior. Think twice before booking.
