We enjoyed the ice cream deserts with melted chocolate and cappuccinos during this visit. We also purchased candy to go and enjoyed it in the valley and on our trip back to Paris. The team that works here is very helpful and friendly and if you have the time, you can visit the local surroundings including the chateau across the street!

We unfortunately don't speak French, so order was a bit tough - I was better off pointing at the items. But a very kind lady behind us could understand better what I was trying to order when attempting to pronounce the items compared to the cashier/baker. Anyway! Then, spending most of our time in the historic district, we didn't realize what we had passed until a couple days later when we caught a train to nearby Ambois. We sheepishly tucked in for a bite once we saw how delightful all the baked goods looked (we had JUST finished breakfast and certainly didn't need more...). Absolutely exquisite! The coffee - and especially the hot chocolate - are also wonderful. We're back today and wish we had know of this place earlier; definitely the best breakfast spot in town. Well worth the short walk up from the historic district!

Lots of whipped cream and it was decently sized. They also have some other very fancy huge drinks with lots of sugar that look amazing. It's kind of expensive, but I think that is to be expected in France, especially because it is near Place Plumereau. They have a nice outdoor area, plenty of chairs and tables, and they have wifi which is nice for studying/working.
