They're all volunteers & veterans except for BobbiC, and they are amazing. I have a family now. A new family that is veteran solid & looking out for us. Even if the Service dog isn't enough, they find us other places to go to get help. After being out of the service since 2005, this is one of the best veteran organizations I have come across. My older dog had her first seizure a week before we were set to leave on our two week honeymoon and I was so nervous to board her but Bobby reassured me she would be taken care of and that they would give her extra love and attention. I would recommend this place to everyone and am sad that we wont be able to use them anymore due to us moving out of state. My dogs were always excited when we pulled up and were clearly happy to see the staff.

He also smelled like urine and was extremely dirty. We dropped him off with about 11 to 12 days worth of food for a 10 day stay and he came back with half of his container full. I know the owner has had some medical conditions recently but it seems that the business is going down hill. If the owner is the only male staff member and you can't get the dog into the washing station. Maybe hire another male staff member to handle strong dogs that the female staff members can't. The staff tried to tell us that it was separation anxiety but he's known the staff and the facility since he was a puppy. I'll be finding a different boarder for the future.

The membership pricing and benefits seem to change every time a new staff member is hired, which makes it really frustrating to understand what I'm actually paying for. On top of that, the grooming services have gone downhill. It's clear that many of the groomers aren't properly trained -- I've had to redo grooming myself at home after appointments I paid full price for. To make matters worse, the new manager at my location has been extremely disrespectful and hard to work with, which has made visits even more unpleasant. The final straw was being charged nearly twice the cost of a standard pet haircut -- for service by someone who clearly wasn't a professional stylist. At this point, I'm reconsidering whether the membership is even worth it. Petco has potential, but the lack of consistency, poor management, and questionable grooming quality are hard to overlook.
