Only to be told they need look something up and they'll call me back...except they don't call back. Also, I've called at 4:50pm, 5:05pm, 5:15pm and it goes straight to voicemail saying the office closed at 6pm. I contact the main corporate State Farm support line (and they are friendly) but they need to send requests to my agent who they say will contact me. Except they rarely do. I called Geico recently when I got a new car just to get an auto quote and they made it so easy I changed over my auto, renters, and personal policy on the spot. It was one call. I was still waiting to hear from Justin Bush Agency at the time. Finally after 7 years I said enough is enough. To add insult to injury, I called a month ago to cancel all my State Farm policies, and noticed today that I was charged and my policies hadn't be cancelled like I was told. I just called the main State Farm number to have them connect me with my agent. They said they will cancel it now. I'll have to keep an eye on it. I have to say it's disappointing. I had an excellent State Farm Agent when I lived in Minnesota. But Justin Bush's agency has left such a bad taste in my mouth I'm never going back to State Farm.

When we got our house in 2018, we changed to AllState for home and auto. A couple months in, we get…read morea cancellation notice of our home policy because we didn't tell them our tree was cut down. This was NEVER mentioned that our policy was contingent on tree removal (which we did!). They never asked us if it was cut down, just cancelled the policy and said it was because we never told them. A mess that took a while to clean up, but fine. Strike 1. Halfway through the year, they raise our premium. Strike 2. In the policy renewal, they raise our premiums 20-30% with no explanation or prior notice. When I ask, they said something inane like "inflation" and "adjusted rates". Strike 3. So we go change our insurance and give them notice. Then they prematurely cancel our policy before the new policy goes into effect. WHAT THE HECK?! This is unprofessional, disrespectful and outright malicious. We have never had a claim on the home, and the only claim on the car was due to us being rear-ended while parked in traffic. If you're looking for an agent, save yourself the trouble and find anyone else.
