I'm rating her customer service 5 solid stars. Her English is excellent which is a real bonus to us since we are not fluent in Spanish. We did not want to get insurance from our previous agent since she had the audacity to charge a $100 US 'service fee' so this current policy was around $100 less than the previous year.
