They were running behind, which was totally fine, so I waited. This was my first time coming here and I was excited to try it. When I got to the chair around 5:10, I clearly asked for a blowout with big volume, pin-up curls using a round brush and rollers. I only ended up with about three rollers in my hair, nothing was pinned up, and my hair kept getting stuck in the round brush. My hair ended up very flat, which was the opposite of what I asked for. She then started curling random pieces with an iron, which confused me because I specifically asked for a blowout style. The whole time it felt like there was confusion about what service I wanted, even though I explained it clearly. I left feeling disappointed and like I didn't receive the service I asked for, especially for my first visit.
