Students yell slurs in the halls and vape in the schools restrooms but the teachers and administrators are kind and try their hardest to help their students succeed. The librarians are very kind and pleasant to be around. The campus theatre is well maintained and one of the largest in the area. Restrooms are maintained and replenished. Seats are built in, not luxury but well laid out. On this previous visit we were able to view a film that we now consider our favorite from all the festivals we have participated in. Starring Anna Barishnokov... you can probably guess who her father is if you know ballet. She used her fist and caused almost $500 in damages to our brand new vehicle. We immediately reported it to the school, filed a police report, and reported it to the school district. We have gotten a letter stating we would get reimbursement. We supplied the police report, video of the damages, a copy of the receipt, and eventually the ACTUAL original receipt and STILL have not gotten reimbursed almost a year later! This school has teachers who have no self control and both the school and the district don't enforce any standards on the teachers! Shame on Rio Vista and Palm Springs Unified School District!
