The little grocery store had fresh meat, fresh fruit, SNACKS, candy, cookies, and water bottles. Stopped by to get water bottles for the hotel. It's recommended to NOT drink tap water here in Lisbon. There is a huge selection of wine!! Very convenient that they accept credit cards. They change 0.05 € for plastic bags. Just bring your own reusable bag or put them in a backpack. I would recommend this grocery store!

There is a lot of history in this area and for some time as you stroll, you will only see the impressive structures. As you venture away from the plaza, you will find the branching streets are very similar to the districts of Bairro Alto and Chiado with culture, food and shops. I would recommend a full day here to view the structures and visit the museums.

Both were good, fresh, quite flaky, not too sweet and quite good portions so we took some for later. Nice tea stop when you've been walking all day. I was delighted to have this to enjoy while my food was prepared. I thought it was complimentary but it was NOT! I saw it was charged as €5 on my bill.
