The rice was sticky, moist and delicious. Veggies were perfect as well. Rice pudding for dessert was delicious too. It's a little pricey but we would come back in a second. I wish we knew what else was on the menu!

We had our order ready as we knew the kitchen would close and they took about 15 minutes to approach us to take our order. The manager had the waitress check that the kitchen was still open and she found out it had just closed. He asked her who gave us the menus in the first place (it was him and he didnt even remember and it wasnt even busy), then said they couldnt serve us anymore. By now even all delivery places are closed. If they had just told us we wouldnt be served if we still came in, we could have ordered something delivery but since we went to the restaurant and essentially wasted our time, we will go hungry tonight. Poor service and no options or recommendations and passing off of blame. A real shame.

The restaurant was clean and…read morewell appointed; unfortunately the outdoor terrace/patio was under construction when I visited. I had a simple meal of margherita pizza and Afri cola light. The pizza's crust was light and airy, slightly chewy with a soft butter flavor; close to perfect. A bit thin in the middle as others have noted; with more diverse toppings it may not be robust enough. The sauce was also excellent, though the sauce : cheese ratio was a bit low for my tastes (always is). The cheese was just slightly heavier than I would expect for an authentic margherita; perhaps this is an adaptation to local tastes. I was offered and accepted some "picante," peppers in oil. Since I like it sehr scharf, this was great. My Afri cola was served chilled without ice; sehr European! Overall, my experience was probably four stars -- the higher rating is essentially an "upvote." Give Mimmo a try!

Three of us had the special which was a taglialini with white truffles. Outstanding and a reasonable price. We all requested the small portion and it was the perfect appetizer size. The salmon melted in my mouth and had a wonderful salt taste. It came with a medley of fresh vegetables: a few carrots, a broccoli and cauliflower head, and a few potatoes and some string beans. The Veal Milanese had mixed reviews. My Italian friend from Milan thought it was not perfect, a little oily. He gave us the history of the dish as we ate. But my Argentinian friend thought the scallopine was good and loved it. My Mexican friend had the veal scallopine and he thought the portion was too big but he thought it was excellent. There was a perfect amount of mushrooms in the perfectly caramel colored sauce. He did not finish it. Upbeat Italian music at a reasonable volume, lighting perfect to see each other and menu. Service good- there when we needed him. When we chose the wine, he recommended another which was an excellent suggestion. Festive Christmas decorations. Exposed brick wall We were given a complimentary grappa and lemoncello at the end.
