Even if you don't see a free table inside, most likely the administrator will set you up with a table. This family owned bar (both the son and father work here together) is great for relaxed nights out with friends, happy hour with colleagues or the "previa" before going to Subterranneo. My favorite drink is has to be their Daquiris. They are made with real fruit juice, rum and sugar. You can also ask for it to be made without sugar. Tip: The hostess should offer you empanadas on the house and sometimes free pisco sours...if they don't say anything, ask and you shall receive! You can also rent their upstairs/the whole bar for birthday parties or private events. People even rent it out for discos! Just talk to the administrator and he will help you coordinate.

You can order at the window or go inside, and there are a few small tables and chairs. The menu is pretty simple, all your standard espresso drinks, and they have a few pastries as well. Yelp Review 2026 #249:…read more Santiago is not lacking in coffee shops. Lots of local cafes in every street in Downtown Santiago. Starbucks alone has at least 3 locations within a 3-mile radius including this Starbucks Smart Lounge. I went to 2 Starbucks locations to see if they have special drinks only available in Chile. Unfortunately, they don't have unique drinks on the menu. What's so special about this location is that it's the first and so far, the only Smart Lounge location in Latin America. It's the third space after work and home where you can enjoy something to eat/drink, be social and work. The concept originated in Starbucks in Ginza in Japan. Shared workspaces, and private workspaces/ meeting rooms you can reserve "designed to inspire creativity, connection, and collaborative work." This building has 3 floors: the first floor is where you enter and place your order; underground has individual tables, and booths; the top floor has a big meeting table, individual work stations, lounge seating and private meeting rooms. This location has unique drinks: Espresso Naranja (orange juice with a splash of espresso), Espresso Tonica, Cold Brew Naranja, Cold Brew Tonica. They have a few merch, coffee and tea. It's always quite busy since it's located in the financial district of Santiago. Everybody has their laptops, earphones and phones out. So, despite being busy, it's still relatively quiet and calm. I don't think this would work in the US though. Although, a lot of people take their work at Starbucks anyway...nobody uses earphones.
