The space itself has a lot of personality, with beautiful art on the walls and an array of products on display that would make for great souvenirs or gifts. We ordered an espresso, cappuccino, a pink panther strawberry smoothie and a freshly squeezed orange juice, all of which hit the spot. On the food side, the breakfast burrito and the earth delight, a lovely combination of yogurt, granola, fruit, honey, croissant and jams, were both fantastic. The staff even brought out an award winning hot sauce to go alongside the burrito, a small but memorable touch. The crowd added to the charm too. A guy quietly working on his laptop with his dog nearby pretty much sums up the energy of this place. Calm, unpretentious and enjoyable. A great spot to ease into the day.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

poor overpriced+++++ food and drink Stayed in Sesmarias 18…read moremonths ago and visited this restaurant with my mother in law and my wife. The food WAS excellent with wonderful salads using the most lovely orange based dressings. The food and wine (3 courses ) cost us around £40. So last week (pril 2011)while on holiday with my wife we visited the island café again hoping for a similar experience. The food was ok but the salad had been laced with loads of salad cream and cheap shop bought coleslaw.. The calamari was ish with small portions and the house rose wine was 14 euro a bottle and poor quality (in sesamias supermarkets 1.50 euro will get a fairly nice cheap wine). I had a "cheese plate" for dessert which was a plate with a piece of cheddar, a piece of mozzarella,parmesan and Blue cheese (No idea what blue cheese but was told it was 'blue cheese' when I asked) No bread , no crackers and a tub of German mustard . My wife had old bananas with tinned spay cream The price for this 2 course was over 60 euro and we found out that the restaurant changed hands this year. Completely gutted can't recommend although the toilets are the best I have seen any place in any country The serving staff are nice but a little over bearing trying to pour drinks every second but the person who prepares the food (not chef ) is not competent never going again....
