But standing in line over the street for rolls ? Only if you need buying rolls as your first event on a sunny sunday morning. I wondered how this trailer would manage to be there every day of the week, so I had to give it a try. I bought a glazed jam donut to be eaten in the spot and my word, it was brilliant! Almost ethereally fluffy dough under a fondant glaze. I have eaten a lot of jam donuts, and this was surely one of the best. I will return to try all the other products, I'm hooked now. What a wonderful surprise it was! The young manager, Stefan, took my special request order for the wedding cake and also for a birthday cake (for the day following the wedding). Both cakes were tasty, beautiful and impressive. For the wedding, Stefan created a Black Forest Cake covered with Marzipan, and for the birthday a mixed Chocolate cake with a special decoration. Our guests loved the cakes very much and we were very happy with the service, prices and the amazing approach to us as clients. I recommend this family like bakery from the bottom of my heart!
