I visited one of their locations in Berlin and I am glad that I did. Einstein serves delicious pastries and coffee drinks, something that in my humble opinion Starbucks fails to do.... The service was super friendly and attentive. The kind barista at the counter was kind enough to offer me hot milk to pour in my plain coffee something that I have never been offered in the most awesome coffee shops in the States... The bottom line is that the standards are very high when it comes to coffee shops and restaurants in Berlin.
