One of our favorite Indian restaurants in Geneva. It is located in Paqui, so a bit more of the ' adventurous' part of Geneva, but you can have really good global food in the neighborhood from different cultures. We have visited Gandhi cafe with colleagues and family, and an Indian colleague mentioned that it was the best Indian food he had in Switzerland, so that speaks highly for it -- he was trying out different Indian restaurants almost every second day here, having enough of Swiss cheese dishes.... We really enjoy ordering a diverse group of main dishes and sharing, especially good are the palak paneer and the lamb dishes. I was a bit surprised to notice beef dishes on the menu and haven't tried them, but could be good too. For drink, the draft beer is good price/value. I never focus that much on Indian desserts so cannot comment that well. If you can, sit outside, as it's fun to observe the buzz on the street, and to enjoy a warm Geneva evening. With regards to price, we usually end up paying between 30 to 40 CHF per person, for food and drink all included, and we do order quite a lot, so it's well-priced also. I"ve had better Indian food in the US, so cannot give it the highest rating, but again, it's worth trying out. read more
