I've visited several times and been impressed on each occasion. My latest visit was for a family birthday, and the evening was lovely. Our group of seven was seated on a large square table, meaning that we had plenty of space and could also talk easily to everyone else. Service was very good, and one of the highlights was a delicious chocolate cake with candles to celebrate the birthday! The food offers thoughtful takes on classic French dishes - I particularly enjoyed a salad of sweetbreads; another high point was the superb cheese tray. In summary, I would recommend this restaurant for a special evening out, but I also mean to return for the lunch menu which offers even better value.
