This is a tough call, but their neighboring rival La Torrefazione in Kluuvi is still the best in terms of overall quality. Kuuma has the best takeaway cups though - much better than anywhere else. However, they need to try harder to reach the level of other places. Coffee is good, attitude seems complacent. Go here for excellent takeaway coffee, but go somewhere else if you intend to sit down for a more pleasurable, customer-focused experience. Kuuma = great takeout coffee, but not worth a stay.

Prices were fair, ok for Helsinki standards (1,95 for the large strawberry pastry), and the coffee was decent as well. There was also a nice selection of options for coffee fixings out on the counter - different milks and creams, and both white and brown sugar. Service was a little slow as there was only one person working, but certainly not the worst compared to some other places in the city. If you're walking by, don't hesitate to stop by and get a little sugar or caffeine derived energy!

The pistachio thing tasted like cream on top of a roll of something. I thought it was not bad but the creme was not sweet at all which was interesting. The roll tasted more like straight up bread which was not what I was expecting! The chocolate pastry thing was small but very dense. That one was more sweet. The inside was very moist. There is also free water that you can get on the side as well.

Delivo publishes their daily lunch menu on their website, but I rarely check it -- they always have hearty salads with many toppings to choose from, so I take that if I'm not feeling the lunch specials. My favorite salad here is smoked salmon with goat cheese -- massive toppings! They also offer soupe du jour -- both their tomato soup and borsch are extremely flavorful. The artisan bread on the side is fantastic. So if you find yourself in Munkkiniemi, and weather allowing, drop by Delivo and grab some affordable, tasty lunch to enjoy on the terrace!

Their sandwiches are fantastic! The choices are endless and all ingredients are fresh and yummy. All sandwiches are made to order so no need to fear for a soggy bread roll. Also their coffee is of good quality and so are their salads that are popular among the hungry businessmen and -women who come here for lunch.
