10 visits since 2015 Café Aroma is quickly becoming a staple in the historic town of Ærøskøbing. A small but well situated cafe only about 100 meters from the ferry. It seems inspired by Hollywood. Local folk art, and antiques combine with an eclectic cinema imagery wallpapered throughout. Café Aroma is cute, honest and consistent. Outdoor seating (with cover), grills, roasts and other events. Staff is pleasant and helpful. This cafe is non-pretentious while trying to differentiate itself from typical tourist traps. A keeper! read more

Must try ice cream!! They have amazing home made ice cream -- rhubarb, gooseberry, nougat which is like pralines and cream....there are just too many mention. Anyways, definitely don't pass up this opportunity for amazing ice cream and sorbet. read more
