My mother and I attended the chocolate tours they host of Saturdays and had a delightful time. Although it was 100% in German, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and got to make our very own chocolate bars. The employees were so kind and I think they felt a little sympathetic as we don't speak German. Yes, the chocolate is pricey but it's an experience and worth every penny. I highly recommend you make your way here for some sweets. Everything is delicious.

We had just passed Loacker village and decided to give it a try. There is a small store selling wafers and all of them have milk ingredients. The cafe itself also has practically no vegan options. Even though it was over 30+ minutes before closing time, we didn't get someone to take our orders well after 20 minutes after we were asked to sit outside. Luckily the view/vibe was taking care of us. Mrs had a Matcha latte and we had a small cafe. Both were sub par. The coffee weak and almost room temperature. We were really disappointed with service though.
