I usually like Cafe Nero, but the lacklustre service at this unit where the body language says 'I do not want to be hear' means this modern station is like being transported back to the 70's.
They are the only coffee place after the ticket barriers, so they have a captive audience which does keep them busy. However the service leads to a glum look on customer's faces which I presume in some way weakens the brand. read more
