There are several of these around the European cities that we visited. Finally tried one on the way to the cathedral in Belfast. The pastries were really good, especially the pistachio croissant! Also ordered a London Fog but didn't realize that it wasn't already sweetened - so check and sweeten your drink before you leave.
This location was on the smaller side, but there's enough room to chill if you want and service was fine. read more
I have already reviewed a Café Nero before, this one would not be my go to place but I found myself here last week as we were in town just beside here and the heavens opened! So in we went for some coffee and a few pastries and I must say it was a pleasant experience.
Staff were very friendly and on the ball, a lot of people had the same idea we had to get in out of the rain and get some caffeine so the queue was massive but the staff got through everyone right and quick with no impact on the quality of beverage. So we were able to sit back and enjoy our food and drinks with all the hustle and bustle from the soaking wet customers.
The tables were a little messy but the staff were on the feet - flat out so they would definitely be excused in this instance. I would most likely call in again for a cup of Joe if I'm passing by and need my daily fix. read more
