This has got to be one of the randomest coffee stops I've ever made…read more I was in San Sebastian trying to bus it back to Bilbao, and I discovered on Google Maps that it would be faster and cheaper to take a bus to Zarautz and then transfer to another bus to Bilbao. I like an adventure, so I looked for a coffee shop in Zarautz and found Native. Arrived to find it was inside a market where it was bustling! Went to the counter to order to discover the barista is from Chicago. Random! We chatted as I waited for my coffee, which was excellent. The people of Zarautz should be stoked to have such a great coffee shop here. Can't imagine I'll ever be in the position to be in this part of the world again. Too bad.
